Terms of Service
These terms set out the scope and purpose of your use of the Crystal Compass Haven Kabushiki Kaisha website and its enquiry features.
1. Service Usage Terms
- This site may be used to learn about our services and submit enquiries through the contact form.
- You agree not to submit false information or use the contact form for unrelated solicitation.
- No account or login is required to use this website.
- Fair usage is expected; automated scraping or bulk submissions are not permitted.
2. Account Terms
This site does not currently offer user accounts. Any future account functionality would be governed by an updated version of these terms, published on this page.
3. Service Availability
- We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Content and service descriptions may be updated periodically.
- Services described are provided from Japan and framed accordingly.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, layout, and graphics, belongs to Crystal Compass Haven Kabushiki Kaisha unless otherwise noted. Content may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Enquiries and First Conversations
- A first enquiry can describe your line in general terms: the part type, the defect classes your inspectors look for, and whether inspection is currently a manual station. That is enough for us to suggest which service fits.
- Please do not attach drawings, customer specifications, or production figures to the contact form. If such material is needed before a scope is agreed, we will propose a non-disclosure arrangement first.
- Information you send is used to reply and, if an engagement follows, to prepare the written scope. It is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
6. How Service Descriptions Should Be Read
- Figures on this website, such as the three-week standard scope, the two years of records typically needed for a useful analysis, and the limit of 12 participants per training session, describe how we normally organise the work. The written scope for your engagement takes precedence over them.
- Descriptions of what image-based checking can or cannot do are general. Whether it suits your parts is exactly what the feasibility study is designed to test, and the website does not substitute for that test.
- Prices are shown in Japanese yen. Travel to plants outside the Tokyo area may add costs, which will be stated in the scope before you agree to it.
7. Site Visits and Training Sessions Booked Through This Site
- Dates for a feasibility study site visit or an Operator Handover Training session are offered by reply and become firm once confirmed in the written scope. Our staff work on Japanese business days and avoid the plant’s own shutdown periods where you tell us about them.
- For training, please let us know the number of participants in advance. Sessions are planned around a group of up to 12 so that every inspector can raise questions; larger groups are split into separate sessions.
- If a visit has to be postponed because of a line stoppage, an urgent customer audit, or severe weather, we will rearrange it with you; no charge is made for a postponement we agree to in advance.
- Photographs taken during a site visit are limited to the inspection station and samples agreed in the scope. We do not photograph other areas of the plant without permission.
8. Reports and Reference Material
- Written reports, reference sheets, and records of issues raised during training are delivered to the client for its internal use, and may be shared within the client’s group and with its equipment suppliers when deciding on next steps.
- Publishing a report, or quoting detection rates from it in sales material, requires our agreement, because results are tied to the specific samples and lighting conditions tested.
9. Limitation of Liability for Website Use
- To the extent permitted by Japanese law, Crystal Compass Haven Kabushiki Kaisha is not liable for decisions about inspection equipment or staffing made solely on the basis of general information on this website.
- Links to equipment makers, standards bodies, or other external sites are provided for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
- Liability for paid services is governed by our Terms and Conditions and the written scope.
10. Governing Law, Changes and Contact
Japanese law governs these terms. The court for any dispute over them is the Tokyo District Court, sitting as the court of first instance. Revised terms are published on this page and apply from the date of publication. Questions may be sent to Crystal Compass Haven Kabushiki Kaisha, 3-16-16 Chuohoncho, Adachi-ku, Tokyo 121-0011, by telephone on +81 3-3889-0141, or through the contact form.
